What happens during the first conversation?
We’ll spend around 30 minutes talking about your building, your goals and the challenges you’re facing. We’ll share our initial thoughts, explore what might be possible and work out whether we’re the right fit to help.
Do we need to know exactly what we need before getting in touch?
Not at all. Many organisations come to us knowing something needs to change but not knowing where to begin. Working out what the priorities actually are is often an important part of our work.
Is there any cost or obligation?
No. The initial conversation is free and there’s no obligation to work with us afterwards. If we think we can help, we’ll explain what we’d recommend and what working together could look like.
What happens if we decide to work together?
We’ll put together a proposal based on what we’ve discussed, with our recommendations, costs and a practical scope of work. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll agree the next steps and begin with the research and groundwork needed to make the right decisions.
What if you don’t think we’re a good fit?
We’ll tell you. Sometimes another approach, a different specialist or simply waiting until the right time makes more sense. Where we can, we’ll share useful advice and point you in the right direction.
Do you only work with churches?
No. We specialise in churches, heritage buildings and values-led community spaces. What they tend to share is a desire to use their buildings well without compromising the purpose they exist to serve
