Connective Vision is led by venue hire consultant Charlotte Anderson and was founded to help churches, heritage and community venues grow sustainable income through venue hire, while remaining faithful to their mission and character.

Our work is shaped by over 10 years of hands-on experience in business development, event management and venue operations. Through every project, our focus remains the same: helping spaces steward their buildings with wisdom, care and a long-term perspective, so they can continue serving their communities for generations to come.

My Journey

My early years in the events industry gave me a strong foundation. I worked in events teams at a number of top UK venues including the Natural History Museum and The O2. It was here I learnt about what it takes to run events in busy, high-profile spaces.

Later, I was invited to join St Mary’s London, a beautiful Grade I listed Anglican church in Marylebone. During my time there, we grew the venue hire calendar to host four times as many events each year and increased revenue by over 500 percent. The additional income funded new projects, supported leadership development and helped maintain the historic building as a place of worship and welcome for the local community.

As other churches began seeking advice, it became clear that many venues faced similar opportunities and challenges. This led me to establish Connective Vision, offering specialist services as a church venue hire consultant to support churches and community spaces. We provide practical support to venues wanting to grow their income without losing their distinct identity.
