Hello!

I’m Charlotte, the founder of Connective Vision. I’m passionate about navigating challenges and seizing opportunities in venues. With a track record of impactful results, I’ve honed my skills through hands-on experience in business development, events, and venue management.

My Journey

The decision to offer consulting was shaped by my extensive experiences in the events industry. Early in my career, I worked events in prestigious venues such as the National History Museum and the O2. Later, I transitioned to venue hire at St Mary’s London. Over the following years, I utilised my business acumen, creative vision, and innovation skills

to achieve significant growth. The event calendar flourished from 3 events to eight to twelve events a month. This growth generated over half a million pounds annually. These successes helped fund community social action projects, nurture emerging leaders, and preserve a beautiful Grade I listed building. As other church venues began seeking my advice, it became evident this model could be impactful on a larger scale. Connective Vision was set up to help other churches and venues maximise their potential.
